I was born and raised on the Jersey Shore and have lived in Washington State for 4 years. I started painting after having an inspired art teacher in grade school. She started me on my lifelong journey of exploring painting. I began  painting with my moms 99cent craft paints and haven't stopped since.

My creative expression creation flows most freely these days while I listen to music.  The mood and pace of the music effects the color and flow of the painting. Nature also plays a huge part in my art work.

My acrylics are very experiental paintings. They are intense experiences between the color and the canvas and myself.  My watercolors on the other hand are between the play of light and color against the solid outlines and the intense tension that creates.

My ongoing goal is to create paintings that are unique and beautiful. It's as simple as that.
